Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a dynamic Lead the end-to-end data migration workstream for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM, and HCM
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data migration strategy, project plan, data mapping templates, and cut-over runbooks
Extract, cleanse, transform, and load legacy data using Oracle-standard tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL), and REST-based bulk APIs
Conduct data quality assessments on source systems, define cleansing rules, and track remediation with business data owners
Execute mock migration cycles, reconcile load outcomes against source counts and balances, and document exceptions for business sign-off
Support cut-over planning, parallel-run validation, and post-go-live data remediation activities
Requirements:
6+ years of ERP implementation experience with 3+ years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration
Technical Skills:
Hands-on proficiency with HCM Data Loader, and Oracle Import Management tools
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, profiling, transformation scripts, and reconciliation queries.
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion data models for at least two functional pillars (Finance, SCM, or HCM

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is a must.
A deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities value chain will be a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for interpreting complex business requirements and devising effective solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clear presentation of solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Energy & Utilities domain knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
