Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a dynamic Lead/Architect who has experience in end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM ensuring successful client outcomes across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules
Responsibilities:
Design canonical data models, API contracts, event-driven flows, and error-handling frameworks across the integration landscape
Lead technical workshops with client architects to document integration requirements, interface catalogues, and non-functional constraints
Govern code quality, deployment pipelines, and integration testing practices across the development team
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business process requirements into technical integration specifications
Requirements:
8+ years of enterprise integration experience with 4+ years hands-on in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT/XPath transformations, EDI, and Oracle Fusion adapters (ERP Cloud, HCM, SCM)
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud security: JWT/OAuth 2.0, IDCS, network policies, and data masking
Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is an advantage

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is a must.
A deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities value chain will be a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for interpreting complex business requirements and devising effective solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clear presentation of solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Energy & Utilities domain knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
