He has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), Smart Energy Water (SEW), iboss Cybersecurity, Qualcomm, and the State of California. Throughout his career, Stephen has been at the forefront of innovation, driving large-scale digital initiatives and fortifying critical infrastructure in the energy sector.

In his previous role as Chief Information Officer at SMUD, the nation’s sixth-largest public utility, Stephen played a key role in transforming customer experiences, enhancing security frameworks, and leading enterprise technology strategies.
